Historical address is Concession 3, Lot 11 in Augusta Township, Grenville County, Ontario.

This site originally had a Methodist Churck called the Augusta Chapel which was built in 1817. In 1873 the original frame church was replaced by a brick church. The brick church was torn down in 1912 as its parishioners had joined with other congregations. Burials in this cemetery date back to 1814.
