Wrawby is situated 2 miles (3.2 km) east from Brigg on A18. The church dates back to the 13th century. The graveyard surrounding the church is now grassed over with a few old headstones left. Some surviving gravestones have multiple names and dates. The graveyard was used until 1857 when a new cemetery was opened on a larger site on the outskirts of Brigg.
