This is an African/American Cemetery.

Concord Cemetery, Concord South Cemetery, and Concord AA Cemetery are one GPS location. Concord "street" is actually a narrow, paved road through a rural area. Concord Cemetery and Concord AA Cemetery are side by side on the north side of the road and are separated by an old, broken fence. Both cemeteries contain very old graves.
