A memorial shelter was erected in 1982 on the site of St Pauls Anglican Church (1906-1980) in the adjoining cemetery after the Church fell into disuse, the final service at the church was held on 13 April 1980. The building was demolished. The Memorial is in memory of the pioneers of this district who achieved so much with so little.
