Brethren Cemetery is located in the SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 145N, Range 69W (Johnson Township), Wells County, North Dakota. To travel to this cemetery from Sykeston, the city nearest to it, drive from Sykeston west on North Dakota Highway 200 about five miles to 49th Ave SE. Then turn onto 49th Ave SE and drive nine miles south to its intersection with 6th St SE, a section line trail at that point. The cemetery is a few hundred feet east of that intersection. The GPS coordinates of the cemetery are 47.32728, -99.49938.

This abandoned cemetery is the site of an old Dunkard church believed to have been built around 1905 and moved from the site to a farm sometime after 1910.
