In 1953 Baltimore County was doing road work on what was then Academy Ave in Catonsville when they discovered an abandoned cemetery on the land which was originally known as Nancy's Fancy. On this land was a small old stone house and a large old wooden house, both now torn down. The Christian Temple is now found on the site of the old house.

In 1953 Baltimore County was looking for an heir of Charles Ogle who would allow the County to remove the graves in order to continue with the road work. I have not found out what became of the graves. Were they moved to another cemetery? Or were they moved to another plot of land on Nancy's Fancy? Were only some of the graves moved and are others still there? If anyone has more information, please contact me.
