Gonzales City Cemetery on North College Street is the white section, with several Mexican American graves, not to be confused with the African American cemetery, which butts up to the back of the cemetery and faces Church Street.

There is also a potters section on the South side along the fence line and the remains of early settlers that were reburied are on the south front corner in a mass grave, there is no marker for them at this time.
