This cemetery consists of two sections. The original section is adjacent to St. Tikhon's Monastery church, and was established in the 19th century, before the monastery was founded. A newer section of the cemetery is across the road. Orthodox Christians and their spouses (even if not Orthodox Christian) are eligible for burial in St. Tikhon's Monastery Cemetery.
