Daughter of John Lloyd Tyler and Edith Lillyn Foster. Mother to Julie Anita Blunk. Previously married to Richard Blunk. Sister to Sandra Duncan, John Tyler, and Ronnie Tyler.

According to Ronnie's obituary, Letitia preceded him in death. So she passed some time before 2019. She was an active member on Findagrave until 2013.
