WERNER, Oscar Valentine -- Resident of Burlington, at the Mississauga Hospital, on Thursday, Jan. 22, 1981, aged 73 years.
Beloved husband of Reta Mae Gibbons, who is left to mourn his passing. Dear father of Barbara (Mrs. Rudy Lane) of Oakville; dear grandfather of Paul and Caroline. Also survived by one brother, Lorne of Ayton and four sisters, Florence (Mrs. Percy Fatum) of Gowanstown, Mrs. Alberta (Bert) Wilson of Toronto, Lucille (Mrs. David Grein) of Ayton and Pauline (Mrs. Howard Reid) of Hamilton. Predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Werner and one sister, Della (Mrs T.E. Wright).
The late Mr. Werner was a lifelong employee of the CPR.
The late Mr. Oscar Werner is resting at the Hammer Funeral Home, Neustadt, from 2 p.m. Monday, until Tuesday noon, thence to Trinity Lutheran Church, Ayton, for service at 2 p.m. Spring interment in the Union cemetery, Ayton.
