Mary Elizabeth Pascarello, 67, Of Bayonne, NJ Passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Hackensack University Medical Center. Born on May 11, 1948 to the late Michael Pascarello and the late Susan ( Prata ) Pascarello, in East Stroudsburg, PA. After graduation from East Stroudsburg High School in 1966, Mary attended The Penn State University, in State College, Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelors in Art History. Furthering her education, Mary attended Blanton Peale Institute in Chicago and obtained a degree in Theology. She enjoyed sharing her love of learning with children as an elementary school teacher. She continued sharing her knowledge and experiences by counseling adults about good nutrition and healthy eating habits. With her Spiritual nature, she guided people through grief and tough times. Mary attended St. Matthew's as a child; she loved reading, gardening, knitting, crocheting, and her loving companions Tippytwo and Jabot, her cats. She touched many lives while working for John's Natural Food Store in Bayonne, NJ for over 15 years, where she created and managed the Neutra contral Tea export business. She was soft spoken, well-educated and very loving. Mary will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. In addition to her parents, Mary had been preceded in death by an infant sister. Burial at Laurelwood Cemetery, 901 Bryant Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360
