Andrea Ayala Perez passed away on April 17, 2010 at the age of 87. She was born in Harlingen, Texas to Isidro and Trinidad Perez. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Roman, Bernardo, Oscar and three sisters, Adela, Elena and Juanita. She is survived by her brothers, Adrian and Benjamin Perez; sister, Lupita Pardo; daughter, Maria Carmen Abrego and husband, Frank; two grandchildren, Alejandro Del Bosque and Lori Ann Del Bosque; four great-grandchildren, Marcus Centurion, Alexandria Del Bosque, Antonio Tomas Gomez and Avangelin Guajardo and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Andrea spent many hours playing bingo at Texas Adult Day Care and loved craft making. She was a very outgoing person and will be missed by all who knew her. The family will be receiving friends at Funeraria Del Angel on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will be recited that same evening at 7:00 pm. A Chapel service will be held at Funeraria Del Angel on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 10:00 am with interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
