Mrs. R. S. Windsor, 30, died after several years of llness. She had been married to Richard Windsor only 7 years and he survives along with their little daughter. She was the daughter of Patrick Bass. (But full name not given.) Note: Sumter records show Richard Windsor married L.E. Bass on 31 Jan 1889, but I could not find anything in the paper which named her. [Named as Le Ella Bass in the 1880 census]
