Mary was born in Fort Wayne,Allen,Indiana on July 14 1951 and passed in Pinellas Park,Pinellas,Florida on February 5 2012.Mary was a beloved mother,sister,aunt,grandmother,great grandmother,wife and friend.Mary leaves behind two brothers Richard T Cook,Benjamine R. Cook (Frances), a sister Leslie K Bradshaw Cook,a husband James L Cook,4 children Angel M Cook Hawkins Greene (Charles),Pansy S Cook Wise (Thomas),
