I'm utilizing Find-A-Grave to share my father's genealogy research.

Dad was a conservative researcher. He was never captivated by how many he could find or how far back he could go. He documented the facts and then drew reasonable conclusions. He often said, "Too many people find a button and then try to sew a vest onto it."

Dad understood the need for several independent facts to support the same conclusion. And even then, "Only the mother knew for sure."
