My name is Joni, I grew up in DeSoto, Missouri, but am now located in rural Washington County, Missouri. My husband, Gene, and I began our genealogy adventure around 1987 and have enjoyed its pursuit tremendously. I lost my husband in 2008, at the far-too-young age of 55. I still enjoy pursuing our family histories and visiting area cemeteries.

FAG is a wonderful site. I've found that most everyone I have encountered is involved because of their mutual enjoyment of the pursuit of genealogy and history. I personally believe this site can be a wonderful tool and I am very grateful for the links I have discovered to my ancestors via FAG.
