I'm a native of Greene County, NY and have lived in the hamlet of Maplecrest, in the Town of Windham, all my life.

I've been a professional genealogist for nearly 50 years. I was appointed as Windham Town Historian in March 1987 and still hold that post.

I was the sole owner, editor and publisher of Greene Genes: A Genealogical Quarterly About Greene County, New York during its entire ten year run.

I'm a founding member and Trustee Emeritus of the Town of Windham Historical Society, and maintain its Facebook page.
