Richard S. Wilson: I was a nationally known genealogical lecturer, speaking at national conferences from 1995 to 2004. I had health problems for about ten years and had to stop nationwide lecturing. I have been doing genealogical research since 1976. I have been using personal computers since 1979.

I have been a Past President of the Genealogical Speakers Guild and the State Coordinator for the California portion of The USGenWeb Project (usgenweb.org) from 1996 to about 2010.

I am the author of various books, articles, and videos. I am also a lifetime member of the Whittier Area Genealogical Society (WAGS) in Whittier, California. I am also a member of the Clark County Nevada Genealogical Society (CCNGS).

I am currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada and work at the Las Vegas FamilySearch Library (lasvegasfsc.org) at 509 S. 9th Street.
