Kilgore Jr. College and Lamar College, Beaumont.Careers in journalism, public relations and consulting. Retired 1995. Resident of Lone Star, Tx since 1953. Married Mary Janet Fort, (b Waco,TX 25 May, 1932) on 11 Mar 1950. Four children, Judith Lynn (b 1951), David Mayo (b.1952), Elizabeth Sean (b 1954) and John Matthew (b 1955). Author of "A Personal Century," 100 year family history.
