There is one very important bit of information I must pass on before I shake off this mortal coil. My great grandmother's maiden name is Carolina Weatherford. Not any other Weather--. I was named for her. I was very close to my grandmother, Jesse's widow, who always said it was Weatherford. So why is it different on Jesse's Death Certificate? Because when Jesse died, she and my mother were so crazed with grief, Meme said the wrong last name. That's all there is to it.I hesitated to say anything about it for so long because I didn't think anyone would believe me. But now, even if no one believes me, at least I have gotten the truth out there, and if no one believes me, at least I tried. MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY DNA AND CAROLINA WEATHERFORD'S ARE A MATCH.
