I was first told about Find A Grave by a fellow family historian and I got excited about the tool for us to "see" graves and cemeteries from afar. So, I jumped on board and started snapping pictures. My interest was to get the names, dates and pictures for others. Therefore, it's very unlikely that I am related to the folks whose memorial I manage. I'm very happy to transfer management in most cases.

I do have a special interest in the Troy Center Cemetery in Northwest Pennsylvania, though. I grew up in the Troy Center church across the road and still attend there. I spent many hours playing there. Ever since I can remember, my dad was affiliated with the Cemetery Association. Friends, family and neighbors are buried there. Adding memorials and photos makes me feel like I am still playing there!
