I was born on August 20, 1964, in Washington Hospital, Washington, PA. My parents are the late Connie Ruth Powers Filby and the late Raymond Carl Filby. I have one younger brother, Terry Carl Filby. I graduated with a B.A. in Spanish from Penn State University in May 1986 and, after living in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh for 18 years, moved to Shaker Heights, OH on June 18, 2008. On October 18, 2013, I relocated to South Fayette Township, PA and am currently employed as a Mortgage Underwriter with First National Bank of PA in Pittsburgh.
