I have been researching my ancestors for over 60 years. I have made mistakes along the way but have always been open to suggestions from other researchers. I am not perfect and do not pretend to be so.
I want to leave behind for my children the richness of their heritage. What wonderful memories I will leave them of their crazy researching mother who lived more in the past than in the present. Memories of their parents cleaning their father's family cemetery that had been so neglected for years.
I want them to remember my loving husband their father listening to my genealogy finds and rejoicing.

When I lost my husband in 2006 it was hard to continue research but I did.

What a journey it has been and I am still on that journey.
