I have been doing genealogy work for a couple of decades now. I enjoy research and am grateful to the folks at Find A Grave for hosting this forum. I have learned wonderful things about many people that have passed onto another place.

My interest in genealogy was peeked when I decided to see if I could become a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). I was only going to see if I could join and then hang up my hat. Well, that didn't happen and I have been a member of DAR for twenty years now and have enjoyed every moment.

Now that I have a new digital camera; actually my first digital camera; I can now start to contribute to this site. Recently with my joining FAG I have peeked my family's curiosity and they too are searching the site and are happy to see our relatives gravemarkers
