I reside in Michigan, and I have only been working on my family tree (Austin & Rhodes) for approximately two years.
I hope to gather as much information (past and future) as possible, and leave the information for my children or grandchildren to continue.
Working on our family history has been like taking a walk in the past - and very enjoyable. I feel that the research has brought me closer to getting to know more about our family roots and where we have come from - and where some are even headed.
This year we began traveling to some of the cemeteries that our ancestors are buried in. As we travel, we will be taking pictures of headstones and adding them to this site.
I hope that any information I have provided or shared on this sight becomes useful to someone out there.
In conclusion, I would like to express my sincere "Thank You" to Connie and John for all of the hard work and time they've also put into searching our family ancestry. They have been such wonderful contributors (and protectors) to so much information, family photos and so more.
