Born in 1947 in Marblehead, Massachusetts (suburb of Boston).
Father was a United States Marine assigned to the Battleship Missouri and present at the Japanese Surrender in 1945.
Ordered to Vietnam at Bien Tuey and assigned to 56th Special Operations Wing, 1987th Communications Squadron, Tactical Units Operations Center, Nakhon Phanom August 1969 - September 1970.
August 1997, while on visitation to China by invitation of a Deputy Secretary of The Communist Party arranged return visit to Nakhon Phanom and St. Joseph’s School met with old friend Father (now Archbishop) Lawrence Khai at Sakhon Nakhon and commenced assistance program to aid the children there today. In 1998 with Bill Tilton and others commenced establishment and founding of the Thailand Laos Cambodia Brotherhood. Served as a founding officer, first Treasurer and Chairman of the Assistance Committee since inception. Currently Vice President and Assistance Committee Chairman; with Deputy Assistant Chairmen in Thailand and Laos.
