Mrs. Howard Luce Parker (Grace Peet b. Vicksburg, Michigan. Grace Peet was a sister of Michigan realtor Harry Clinton Peet, former owner of the Kellogg's estate in Battle Creek, Michigan. (Elmira J. Luce Parker's uncle Preston Dickinson, resided in Battle Creek, Michigan. Invariably, Harry C. Peet was a patient of Dr. Joseph P. Kellogg. (Peet purchased the Kellogg estate in Battle Creek, Michigan.)

Mrs. Lt. John G. Parker lived at 500 Kenmore Street in Arlington in 1950 when she was employed by the Republican National Committee under former Republican majority and minority leader Ind. Rep. Charles A. Halleck.

Rep. Halleck was a grandnephew of ex-Michigan Gov. Cyrus Gray Luce (b. 1824, Windsor, Ohio) and a granduncle of Terry Atherton, an aide of Fort Wayne mayor Paul Helmke, son of Ind. State Sen. Walter P. Helmke, a Northside High School classmate and best friend of Lt. John Gibson Parker. Paul Helmke was a Yale law school classmate of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Yale College was co-founded by Rev. James Noyes ll and Nathaniel Chauncey and others. The Yale Law School was founded by David Daggett, a descendant of Thomas and Hannah Mayhew Daggett. Hannah M. Daggett's father was Gov. Thomas Mayhew of Martha's Vineyard. Gov. Mayhew's aide was Peter Folger, grandfather of Benjamin Franklin. Franklin was baptized by Rev. Samuel Willard, minister at the Old South Church, located at the corner of Washington and Milk Street in Boston. The Franklin's lived across the street from the Old South Street.

Another aide of Ft. Wayne mayor Paul Helmke was Debra K. Partin Gillespie, who died in Key West, Florida on Feb. 27, 2018. Debbie loved boating, traveling and going on house and garden tours in Key West. She had worked for the city of Fort Wayne Fire Department, then retired after serving as the assistant to Ft. Wayne, Indiana Mayor Paul Helmke

Terry Atherton was a direct descendant of Maj. Gen. Humphrey Atherton, and had traveled to New England with Rev. Richard Mather. See history of Rev. Seaborne Cotton and Rev. Charles Chauncey, an in law of Rev. Peter Bulkeley, an ancestor of Ralph Waldo Emerson. George Barrell Emerson married Mary Rotch Fleming or Flemming, a pioneer of Key West, Florida.
