My name is Cheryl. I lost my third child, Madison Marie, when she died at birth on March 4, 2004. Many may say that I didn't get a chance to know her...but they are wrong. I carried her for nine months and knew her personality. She felt my love and I felt hers. We were bonded from the time the pregnancy test came back positive. She will always be my lil girl.

Maddy and I share more than our middle name. We share our birthdays. My birthday has not been the same since 2004. I spend that day remembering and honoring my precious daughter that is so very loved and missed.

I appreciate all those that visit Maddy's grave and leave her gifts and notes. It brings me so much comfort to know she is not forgotten.
