Originally from central Pennsylvania, I lived in Clearwater, Florida from the time of retirement from the U.S. Government in 1994 until January 2021 whereupon my wife and I took up residence at Aston Gardens of Tampa Bay in Westchase, Florida. Upon retirement I took up genealogy and quickly became a FAG photo volunteer when I had the good fortune of discovering this valuable website.

I will certainly entertain any and all requested memorial transfers and look forward to working with family, relatives, and friends in that regard.
