I have been researching my family history for at least 20 years. It was a project that I started for my father, and he was my biggest champion up until his passing. He wanted to know everything, many times calling me daily to find out what I had discovered even when I was working and had not been researching. Now I am retired from state government employment and spending more time with breaking through the walls that I've put on the back burner for many years. Finding those things about our families that have been lost or forgotten is intriguing to me. I have questioned and documented those things that I've discovered from those family members that have passed on. Always love to impart my knowledge and findings of our family to others that are interested. Unfortunately, there are many family members that are not as interested as I am. Therefore, I continue to document these things so that future generations can find them if so desired. I am always open to discussing anything that I have found.
