If you add a photo of someone, please include the date the photo was taken, if known. If you add a photo of a newspaper article, please include the name of the newspaper and the date of the article.

I do NOT include source citations, census records, military records, death records, etc., copied in their entirety - the BIO should be personalized.

I try to take photos which represent the headstone as completely and as accurately as possible and which allow you to read any inscriptions. If the headstone appears to be leaning in the photo, it's because it is leaning in reality.

And speaking of photos of headstones, let's respect the work of others. Unless your photo is significantly better, please don't add a photo just because you took it.
