I was born in Waco, Texas, November 30, 1938, attended elementary school in Denison, Texas, junior high and high school in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and four years at Oklahoma State University. In September of 1961, I entered the Air Force and 22 years later I completed my military service. In 1963, I married Andria Marlowe of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. My daughter Paula Marie was born in August of 1964 and my son Dwayne Martin was born in June of 1976. In 1983 when I left the air force we were living in Phoenix, Arizona. The wife filed for divorce in 1984 so I moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Went to work for Republic Airlines and later Northwest Airlines when Northwest bought out Republic. When Northwest downsized and I found myself out of work, I returned to Texas and home. I settled in Clifton, Texas 30 miles from Waco. After working for another 10 years, in 2004 I retired. I now spend my time doing the things I never had the time for when I was working. Every day is a grand adventure.
