I became interested in my family tree at a young age. It wasn't until after the death of my grandfather Olen Cleo Boykin in June 2007 that I actually began collecting more information on my family history. I certainly wish that I had spent more time asking him questions, but now I can only depend on what family members and other resources that I have available. I've been able to trace my roots from North Carolina to Alabama to Noxubee/Winston, Mississippi areas.

Other surnames that are within my family tree include: Gazaway, Harless, Grimes, Patrick, Wilder, & Broach.
