I am 60 years old and Run my own Horse Ranch in KY. Used to live in Calif and worked at a big Aircraft Co. But, I finally made it back home to God's country. My grand-parents, great-grandparent and GG-grandparents are all buried here in KY. Here is where my roots are. I have always been country.
I was born under one name, raised under another, then used my married name. I had played around with researching for about 10 years, but when my daughter-in-law became pregnant with my 1st grandchild, I decided to get serious. Because my gg-grand-children would lose all their family lines after me. For I was born, but never lived, lived, but was never born. I have worked night and day for the most part of the last 10 1/2 years now. And it is never ending, as everyone knows.
Am researching the following names:
Matlock, Hodges, Moore, Flint,Baugh, Ford, Gulley, Flemming, Franklin, Demsey, Tenny, Hodges, Bond, James, Winfrey, Harrington, Wright, Page and Harris.
Soon, when it warms up I will be putting some of the KY. Cemeteries with names and pictures on here, for those of you researching Western, KY ancestors.
