Sharing genealogy, pictures, or history of my PATERNAL grandparents Asa Joshua Evans and Nancy Jane Smith Evans (Washington Arkansas, Hempstead County) and my MATERNAL grandparents William Jasper "Bill" Wells and Lillie Ann Sudduth Wells (Billstown Arkansas, Pike County). I appreciate any info. Billstown Arkansas was named in honor of my Wells grandfather William Jasper "Bill" Wells. His father (my great-grandfather) was Mexican War and Civil War hero James Ira Wells whose wife was my great-grandmother Elmira Jacobs Wells. Paternal Evans and maternal Wells are of British heritage from England, Wales, and Dublin Ireland, with one Jewish line (Jacobs) that I've discovered so far. My Jacobs line through my mother's line must be through mother's line per Jewish law to be granted direct citizenship for Israel. Citizens of Israel are by Jewish law through the mother's bloodline and not the father's, for example Christ is of Israel through his mother Mary and not through his father Joseph because Christ was born of God.
