My full time hobby is reenacting and living history. Families I am most interested in are: Hooe, Samples, Brunson,Pridemore, Scritchfield, Westbrook, Jackson, Raum, Marye, Mitchella, Monroe, Joyce and Chamberlain.
To all the Gravers out there contributing to find a Grave, thank you so very much! I can not tell you all how excited I get when I "find" a memorial with a beautifully rendered photo of the grave site. And even more exciting is being able to read the tombstones!
I have taken photos in cemeteries and matched them to memorials on the site. If there was no memorial, I created one. I am happy to transfer those to family, following Find a Grave guidelines if there is a conflict in requests. Most of the memorials I created are my own family members, and those I will hang on to.
