I have been bitten by the genealogy bug over 58 years ago and have never stopped. I just recently investigated Find A Grave and was so surprise to find a lot of family ties. I hope to contribute to Find A Grave as I know how hard it is to located where loved ones and family have been buried. I have enjoyed my hobby and meeting cousins and making new friends. I have been a member of the Joseph Hart Chapter DAR for over 30 years and have been their Registrar for years too. Thank You for this site and thanks to all those who have worked to make it so great!
Just an update, As of 2023 and using Family Search.org, I found that I am relation to 23 of our Presidents, a 7th cousin 3 times removed ti Winston Churchill, a ninth cousin 5 times removed to Marie Antoinette and a 10th cousin once removed to Princess Diana and also a 11th cousin three times removed to Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom. That means I am relation to half of all the Presidents of the United States of America!
