I first wrote this bio at 52,

and I am 60 now.

I was married to my beloved wife and soulmate,

Justine,

for 29 yrs before losing her to stage 4 endrometrial cancer in 2021, she was 47.

Its so difficult when you miss someone so much who was the "peanut butter to my jelly"

I'm the proud father of 2 adult girls,

1 just celebrated her anniversary.

I left the USN as an RP2 (Jewish Lay Reader) after serving almost 10 yrs aboard 5 different ships and 2 USAF in so SoCal.

I retired after 34 yrs working as a Local Class A CDL Professional Truck Driver for a LARGE grocery store chain in SoCal,

until ongoing medical issues forced me to retire.

I am an avid gardener,

decent cook,

& DIY'er.

I earned a BA in Landscape Architecture, Business Administration/Management,

and Hotel/Restaurant Management after leaving the USN.

My wife and I sold our home, and moved to small town SW TX in 2019 after I retired, and we became empty nesters.

Love small town living.

My wife was diagnosed with cancer shortly we moved to Texas,

returned to SoCal for her ongoing specialized cancer treatments.

Now currently fighting health issues of my own due to a minor heart attack and minor stroke I suffered in 2022.

Sold mostly everything we owned,

and now back in SoCal temporarily on SSDI and VA disability.

I am being taken care of by my youngest daughter now.

Now that I'm back in SoCal again,

I try and get to Palm Springs to visit my father,

my brother,

and Nana at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City.
