I joined FindAGrave because my cousin was buried somewhere in Texas. I've spent years trying to find him. I want to help people find their ancestors who are buried in my local cemeteries. After I angered people by putting genealogy information on memorials, I removed everything except what is written on the gravestone. I'll let the descendants write the biographies after I transfer them.

If you are kith or kin to any people in my memorials and would like to be responsible for them, please click 'edit' and request a transfer.

Auto-edits are responsible for *all* links and non-gravestone information on my memorials (except for my kin), so if a woman is linked to herself as her own mother, please be assured that I did not make that link. Don't trust anything on my memorials beyond what can be seen on the gravestone.

If you see anything that needs to be changed, just submit an auto-edit and it will be automatically changed within a month, but be prepared for it to be switched back to the incorrect information when the original editor realizes that you changed it! If a link needs to be deleted immediately, send me a SAC.
