I am a lifetime resident of the Shoals area in North Alabama. My hobbies include crocheting and other crafts, video games, and spending time with my family. One of my favorite things to do to relax is walk through an aged cemetery and try to learn what I can about the families buried there by reading the stones and piecing together what I can of their stories. I love local history, lore, and old photographs. Two of my favorite cemeteries are Florence City Cemetery and LaGrange Cemetery near Leighton.
