I was born and raised in Berea Ohio. My cousin whom lived in Strongsville Ohio introduced me to my husband. My husband and I set up housekeeping in Berea but later moved to Strongsville. We raised four children: 2 boys and 2 girls. They have blessed us with 8 grandchildren. My family and my pets are the most important aspects of my life.
My parents were well involved in genealogy of my side of the family. They had published about 18 books on our ancestors. During this time they encouraged me to trace my husbands' ancestry. Therefore I have been involved in genealogy for about 30 years.
I enjoyed listening to some of their stories of trying to find different cemeteries. The families I am following include Harshey, Becker, Bick, Gochenauer, Weislogel, Freeburn, Hammill, & Kocsis.
