I often go down to Kermit, Mingo Co, WV, as well as eastern Kentucky, and do research on cemeteries there. My Marcum, Spaulding, Beckett, Bailey, Dillon and York family having settled around Marrowbone, Stonecoal and Kirk in WV.

I also have a large base of Hopson, Ward, Clay and Lycans family that has been in eastern Kentucky for generations.

In these areas, there are many cemeteries named for a particular surname. On Find A Grave, people often incorrectly create entries for a cemetery without realizing that there are several cemeteries which are named for the same surname. If you see an entry which I created, you can be almost certain the burial location is correct because I have visited the cemetery.

I also have tried to cover all my families burial locations in Licking Co, Ohio, my mother's Dunn and Crawford family having been there for generations.
