I am a retired cost accountant who enjoys history and mysteries. So, researching the mystery of my family genealogy is pure pleasure! I also try to contribute back by adding pictures of memorial markers (upon request) and obituaries that I bump into during my own research.

January, 2022. I am currently unavailable for photo or research requests due to illness. But I do read my emails and try to respond to edit suggestions for my memorials. I will transfer any of my memorials to the deceased's family upon request.

June, 2024 - Still fighting cancer but oncologist hinted at that magic word "remission"!!!

July, 2024 - No, not a remission. Instead I am dealing with a brain tumor for the second time and a possible tumor on my adrenal gland. But still fighting!

January 2025 - Bad news, the type of cancer I have (triple negative) is considered to be terminal. But still fighting!

April, 2025 - More bad news, my latest brain MRI has found a 3rd brain tumor, very small (4mm), and the plan is to treat it with radiation therapy. While discussing the treatment, it was suggested to me that I sign up to participate in a research study looking for genetic or DNA markers that would identify why some forms of breast cancer are immediately able to break through protections surrounding the brain and form new tumors. I whole heartedly agreed. My hope is that the Trodelvy chemotherapy treatment I am currently receiving will be able to hold off the formation of new tumors until Trump releases the research funds needed to help ME!

July, 2025 - I have stopped all chemotherapy (it simply wasn't working) and must now move into an assisted care facility. I will continue to search for obituaries and post them to Find-a-Grave memorials if found. It's been fun!
