I am our family researcher. I started about 25 years ago after the death of my parents . Mom and dad did not talk about ancestors or family history. Dad did not know who many of his uncle's and cousins were and they lived in Petersburg area. Mom had saved many old Tin pics and I had them sent to Richmond Camera and negatives were made from the old tin pics.
