I am retired Aerospace Engineer and currently reside in Texas. I was born in Henry Co., IN, but grew up in Texas. Rhodes' are my paternal side who settled in Rush and Henry County, IN in the middle 1800's. They came from Montgomery and Hamilton Co., Ohio. Prior to that it was Pennsylivna Germany and Switzerland. Others family names on my paternal family line are Tice, Oldham, Pendergrass & Levengood.
Paugh's' are my maternal side and settled in Switzerland and Ripley Co., IN in the early 1800's coming from Connecticut and Maryland. Other family names on the maternal line include Bassett, Beebe and Mountz of Switzerland and Ripley County.
My wife's paternal side are Wagers' of Clay Co. Kentucky. Her maternal family are Poole's from Oldham County, KY. Both family groups came into KY in the late 1700's and early 1800's from Tenn. and the Carolina's
My goal is to create memorials for my kin for future generations.
