I am 61 years old and I am a proud father of 5 children. They are: (Ashley N), (Jerremy), (Jack), (Ashley M), (Jesse). I am married to wonderful lady, Dawn M. Crutcher. I have 1 brother, Donny R. Crutcher. Some years after the death of my father Jerry D. Crutcher my mother Linda K. Hayes remarried a great man, James R. (Jim) Hayes and I am proud to call him dad.
