My parents are Albert Lee Brooks, Sr. and Linnie Mae Burch Brooks. I have a brother Albert Lee Brooks, Jr. and a sister Patricia Gail Brooks.My grandparents on my mother's side were Carl Rufus Burch and Annie Mae Crawford Burch. There were three children born of this marriage: Alfred Alton Burch, Sr., Linnie Mae Burch and Eunice Irene Burch (passed away at 5 days old)My grandparents on my father's side were William Ervin Brooks and Stella Holloway Brooks. There were six children born of this marriage: Ula Lorene BrooksWilliam Ervin Brooks, Jr.Albert Lee BrooksDonald Eutarcus BrooksEloise Maxine Brooks and Vernon Francis Brooks All of Lakeland, Florida.Gapway Cemetery - Lakeland, Florida - Gapway was named by the people who met at this home for Church meetings and they decided to name it Gapway. That is where the name of the cemetery came from. The cemetery property was donated by the Brooks Family per my Aunt Lorene Brooks Sapp.SHILOH PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH CEMETERY LOCATED IN BLACKSHEAR, PIERCE COUNTY, GEORGIA NOTES: THIS PROPERTY WAS DONATED BY THE CRAWFORD FAMILY. Shiloh Church established about 1831, was a Primitive Baptist Church. Next to the Church is a large cemetery. Reuben Crawford was a pastor there for 52 years.Reuben Crawford was my Great Grandfather.
