I am originally from (West)Berlin, Germany (Prussia). Moved to America in July of 1994. I am researching my husbands family as I can't seem to find anything on my own family back home in Berlin.
This type of research is all new to me, but thanks to a Lady named Lindy, I have gained a lot of information and even learned a thing or two. A lot of thanks goes out to you, Lindy. You are greatly appreciated.

Lewis (California, Yuma, Connecticut, Rhode Island)
Hawes (Connecticut)
Fahrenbrink (Missouri, Yuma)
Clemens (Texas, California)
Smith (California)
And my German family names (all in and around Berlin):
Kuhlke (my mother's maiden name)
Lehmann (my grandmother's maiden name [from my mom's side])
Kuerten (my father's surname)
