I've been doing genealogy for 40-some years. I enjoy collecting the stories about family, in order to discover more about who I am and where I came from. I research my husband's and my ancestors in Ohio, Virginia, and New York, primarily.

I originally joined Find A Grave on 7 April 2003; I have occasionally picked up memorials for non family members and will be happy to turn them over to immediate family upon request. I am also happy to take on memorials for any of my/hubby's direct ancestors or their families if non-relatives would like to pass them along.

Homemaker, seamstress, quilter, crafter, genealogist, writer, illustrator, pianist and piano teacher, singer, mom--not necessarily in that order!
