I have been interested in family history and genealogy for many years. I was raised in Birmingham, AL and have lived in and around this area most of my life.
My Mother's ancestry is all in Wales and England as she came to Birmingham in 1946 as a WWII war bride with me.
My Dad's ancestral names I am searching are Bradley, Elliott, Harris, Hosey, Knighton, Minor, Pollock (Ayrshire, Scotland to Bibb County, AL), Smith (Ayrshire, Scotland to Bibb County, AL), Thrasher, Williams to name a few.
I have also been researching my late husband's family for many years - Williams, Crowley, Mayes, Dunson, Patty, Monday and Gautney are the primary names.
Any photos that I have placed on memorials are gladly shared with others.
